Synopsis Carlito visits his "early years" turf area of San Francisco where he connects with two old friends who share his passion for fishing. Boarding the Salty Lady, food connoisseur Tatsuo Okaya and Ray Tang owner of the Presidio Social Club Restaurant, a hot spot eatery in San Francisco, join Carlito for a glorious day of fishing off the coast of San Francisco. After a successful day with 5 large king Salmon in the coffers, they are ready for an amazing day of cooking at Tatsuo's kitchen overlooking Sonoma wine country. Ray prepares and cooks a whole pig outdoors in a charcoal box called a "La Cahachina" finishing with Clams in a pork broth while Carlito creates Salmon Croquettes and Salmon Pate. Joining them, Master chef of Hana, renowned Japanese restaurant in Sonoma, Kenichi Tominaga prepares one of his specialty dishes, Fish Head Miso Soup. In closing, they have a celebration of food and wine with the 4 friends and their family.
